Hello and Welcome! My name is Kay, I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Massage Therapist.

My personal journey with massage began when I received my first therapeutic massage at the age of 18 and have kept massage therapy a part of my life ever since!

My experience with Therapeutic Massage has taught me that massage is perfect and necessary for every stage of life --

• stay in optimal health during athletic training
• recover from injury
• reduce stress
• prepare for labor and birth
• seek comfort and care during difficult times
• reduce pain and feel refreshed

I wholeheartedly believe that massage is an integral component of a balanced life and benefits your individual wellness journey!

I currently offer in-home/travel appointments 2-3 days a week. Otherwise you can find me in office in Roseville, Ca.
